CUTTING
Our CNC Laser Cutting allows for high-speed production and is ideal for highly complex parts. It’s able to create precise dimensions and cuts and can cut intricate custom shapes. With an extremely focused light beam, lasers can cut within thousandths of an inch with virtually no taper or heat-affected zones. Lasers also have the ability to etch detailed graphics or labels on the surface of parts. All our lasers employ fully automated loading and unloading handling capabilities and have 5 x 10 sheet capacity.
Our CNC Punch and Punch Laser combination is well suited for parts with a lot of internal features. When compared to laser cutting, punching can be much faster on parts with a lot of hole and rectangular features. Metal Solutions has the capability to produce high numbers of quality parts with intricate features and hole patterns. The punching process can create a variety of forms including holes, extrusions, dimples, louvers, snap locks, countersinks, and knockouts.
